By accessing or using CardChain.AI's website, mobile application, and trading platform (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Services

2.1 AI Grading Services

  • Our Platform provides AI-powered grading services for trading cards
  • Grading results are provided "as is" with no warranty of accuracy
  • We maintain the right to modify our AI grading algorithms at any time
  • Users acknowledge that AI grading may differ from traditional grading services
  • We do not guarantee specific grades or values for any cards

2.2 Blockchain Trading Platform

  • Users must maintain their own digital wallets and secure their credentials
  • All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen digital assets
  • Smart contracts govern all trading activities
  • Users are responsible for understanding blockchain transaction fees

2.3 NFT Conversion

  • Physical cards may be converted to NFTs through our Platform
  • Users retain ownership of physical cards after NFT conversion
  • NFT ownership does not guarantee condition or authenticity of physical cards
  • We reserve the right to modify NFT metadata and smart contracts
  • Fractional ownership is subject to separate terms and conditions

3. User Obligations

3.1 Account Registration

  • Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Users must be 13 years or older to create an account
  • Users between 13-17 years must have parental/guardian consent
  • Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising minor accounts
  • One account per user is permitted
  • Users are responsible for maintaining account security
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts

3.2 User Conduct

  • Users shall not manipulate card grades or market prices
  • No unauthorized automated access or scraping
  • No interference with Platform operations
  • No fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Fees and Payments

4.2 Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable
  • Users responsible for all applicable taxes
  • Fees may be modified with 30 days notice
  • Automatic renewal for subscriptions
  • Late payments subject to service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Content

  • All Platform content is our exclusive property
  • Users granted limited license to use Platform
  • No right to copy or modify Platform content
  • AI algorithms and models are proprietary
  • Trading card images may be used for grading and trading

5.2 User Content

  • Users retain rights to their card images
  • Grant us license to use images for AI training
  • Allow use of trading data for market analytics
  • Permit display of portfolio data on Platform
  • Authorization to create derivative NFTs

6. Privacy and Data

6.1 Data Collection

  • Collection and use governed by Privacy Policy
  • AI training data anonymized and aggregated
  • Blockchain transactions publicly visible
  • Card grading history maintained
  • User activity monitored for security

6.2 Data Security

  • Industry-standard security measures
  • No guarantee of absolute security
  • Users responsible for wallet security
  • Prompt notification of security breaches

7. Liability and Warranties

  • Platform provided "as is" without warranty
  • No guarantee of continuous availability
  • AI grading accuracy not guaranteed
  • Market values subject to fluctuation
  • Blockchain network reliability not guaranteed

7.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for trading losses
  • No responsibility for market fluctuations
  • Limited liability for service interruptions
  • Not responsible for third-party actions

8. Dispute Resolution
